OPENING AGAIN FOR BOOKINGS FROM 1st JULY 2020
We have taken every action possible to ensure that our own health, that of every member of staff and that of our patients is protected.
For all patients, we have created a 15 minute gap between appointments to prevent overlap and contact between customers. This will ensure handles and surfaces are cleaned in preparation for each visit and that where possible our appointment booking process is stronger, cleaner and safer than ever.
Our patients sanitise their hands when entering and leaving the clinic. Every member of the team uses antibacterial wipes and alcohol gel throughout with the appropriate PPE where necessary.
We are following all Government and Audiology professional guidelines. We have also adapted our services to support our patients remotely where possible. We will not invite you into the clinic unless we need to, your safety is paramount at all times, and we now have an option to support you using our remote audiology systems.
Where we are not able to offer a remote only service, where possible appointments are done in accordance with social distancing guidelines. You can contact us to find out more using the contact information shown on this website.
If you have any queries at all about the cleanliness of our service, the action we have taken to combat the virus or anything related to your hearing, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
HOW WE HAVE ADAPTED OUR SERVICES TO PROTECT YOU
Our Audiologist will wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout the appointment when necessary, following guidelines issued by the Audiological Governing Bodies.
A consent form will be used with patients prior to their appointment, this is compulsory.
We use Antibacterial, Antiviral wipes and alcohol hand gel.
Hand washing with soap and water before and after appointments.
Remote Audiology systems allow us to connect to some Hearing Aids and make adjustments online.
