It is important to keep your hearing appointments during the lockdown period and ensure your health is optimised at all times. We do not want you to worry or panic about your appointment so please rest assured that Covid protocols will be adhered to at all times.

What can I expect at my visit? Your health and safety is important to us, we follow all the latest strict Government and Professional body Covid 19 guidelines.
Will I have to wear a mask? Yes, but if you do not have one with you we can provide one on your arrival.
Can I bring someone with me? Yes if required, please discuss your requirements with us when making your appointment so that we can understand and make the necessary provisions.
Will the price of my appointment change if there is a fee? No, we are not making additional charges for providing Covid 19 precautions.
Will other patients be there at the same time as me? No, we have introduced a 15 minute gap between appointments to allow us to clean everything down and make it as safe as possible for your visit.
